How soon will I hear back?
Most notes get a reply within one working day. If it’s Friday afternoon or the weekend, you’ll hear from us first thing Monday — we read on weekends, we answer on weekdays.
Do I need a brief ready?
No. A sentence about the topic and a link to your product is enough to start. If the fit looks right, we’ll book a quiet fifteen minutes to draw out the rest together.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. The intro call is free and unhurried — we hear your roadmap and say honestly whether we’re the right hand for it. If we’re not, we’ll point you somewhere better.
Project or retainer — which is right for me?
Start with a single feature at $1,150 if you want to test the waters. If you’re building a library that compounds, the Monthly Column at $3,900 holds a steady place on the desk. We’ll say which one fits on the call.
Can you write in our voice?
That’s the whole craft. We interview your engineers and customers, read what you’ve already published, and tune each piece to sound like you on your best day — then ship it to your CMS ready to go live.
